How long does a concrete pool take to build?
Between 6 and 10 weeks, including excavation, plumbing, filtration, finishes and final testing. Timing depends on size and design.
Do I need a permit to build or remodel?
Yes, most counties require one. We handle all the paperwork to meet local regulations.
How much does a pool cost?

Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes. We're a family business and serve clients in English and Spanish across South Florida.
What exactly is included in the price? Are there hidden costs?
Our all-inclusive price covers architectural plans, permits, excavation, shell construction, plumbing, filtration system, variable-speed pump, salt system, LED lighting, marble deck, and interior finish of your choice. No hidden fees. Optional add-ons like a spa, heater, or automation system are quoted separately upfront.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with financing options that let you start your project without paying the full amount upfront. Ask us about current plans when you request your free quote.
Can I add a spa or jacuzzi to my pool?
Absolutely. A connected spa is one of the most popular add-ons we build. It can share the same equipment as your pool or run independently, and we can heat it separately so you can use it even when the pool is cool.
What's the difference between a salt system and a regular chlorine pool?
A salt system generates its own chlorine from dissolved salt, which means softer water on your skin and eyes, lower ongoing chemical costs, and less maintenance work. It's gentler, more consistent, and doesn't require weekly chlorine additions. We include it standard in all our new builds.
Can you build any pool shape — freeform, rectangular, L-shaped?
Yes. Concrete pools can be built in virtually any shape. We work with you on the design from scratch. Freeform, geometric, lap pools, kidney-shaped — if you can sketch it, we can build it.
How deep can my pool be?
Most residential pools range from 3.5 ft in the shallow end to 5–6 ft in the deep end. We can go deeper depending on your lot and local code. We discuss depth during the design phase based on how you plan to use the pool.
What interior finishes are available?
We offer standard plaster, quartz aggregate, and pebble finishes at no extra cost. All are durable and look great. We'll show you samples during your consultation so you can choose what fits your style.
What happens to my backyard during construction?
Construction does involve excavation and some disruption to the yard. We do our best to minimize impact, protect existing landscaping, and leave the site clean at the end of each day. Once the pool is complete, we restore the surrounding area as part of the project.
Do I need to be home while you're working?
Not necessarily. Many clients give us access and go about their normal day. We'll keep you updated with photos and calls at key milestones — after excavation, after the shell, after finishing — so you're always in the loop.
How soon can you start my project?
Once you approve the design and we pull the permit, we typically start within 2–4 weeks. Timeline can vary depending on permit processing in your county. Contact us for a current availability estimate.
How long will my pool last?
A well-built concrete pool can last 30 to 50 years or more. The interior finish is typically resurfaced every 10–15 years, and equipment like pumps and filters are replaced as needed — usually every 8–12 years.
What's the difference between a concrete pool and a fiberglass pool?
Concrete pools are built on-site, so they can be any size or shape, and they last much longer. Fiberglass pools come pre-made in fixed shapes and are installed faster, but you're limited in design. In South Florida, concrete is the preferred choice for quality and longevity.
Can you add a water feature like a waterfall or fountain?
Yes, and it's one of our most popular upgrades. Rock waterfalls, sheer descent waterfalls, bubblers, and deck jets all add visual impact and sound. We design and build them as part of the original project or as an add-on to an existing pool.
How do I maintain my pool once it's built?
A salt system pool needs weekly brushing, occasional filter cleaning, and a monthly check of salt and pH levels. We walk you through the full routine before handoff. For those who prefer a hands-off approach, we also offer ongoing maintenance service.
How do I know if my existing pool needs to be remodeled?
Common signs include rough or stained interior surfaces, visible cracks or chipping, outdated tile, inefficient old equipment, or a pool that just looks tired. If your pool is over 10–12 years old and you're noticing any of these, a remodel is likely worth it — it will also significantly improve energy efficiency.
How long does a pool remodel take?
A full remodel — new interior, tile, deck, and equipment — typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Smaller jobs like resurfacing only can be done in a few days. We give you a clear timeline before starting so you can plan around it.
Can you repair a pool leak?
Yes. We locate and repair leaks in the shell, plumbing, and fittings. A common sign of a leak is your pool losing more than a quarter inch of water per day. If you're refilling constantly, call us — leaks get worse and more expensive over time.
Can you add a heater to my existing pool?
Yes. We install gas and heat pump heaters on new and existing pools. A heat pump is more energy-efficient for South Florida's mild winters and can extend your swim season comfortably. We'll recommend the right size based on your pool volume.
Is a pool a good investment for a home in Miami?
Yes. In South Florida's climate, a pool is one of the highest-return outdoor improvements you can make. It increases home value, is a strong selling point in the market, and improves your quality of life year-round.
Do you work in my area?
We serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, Collier, and Lee counties — covering Miami, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Kendall, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Marco Island, and surrounding areas.
